Role Overview
We are looking for a growth-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, sales, and revenue across two key areas:

This role is ideal for someone who understands funnels, conversions, and performance marketing, and can turn interest into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition (Learners & Entrepreneurs)

Develop and execute strategies to attract:

Learners for vocational courses

Entrepreneurs for business support services

Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok if relevant)

Identify high-performing channels for both audiences

Funnel Design & Conversion Optimization

Build and manage marketing funnels for:

Course sales (low-ticket, high-volume)

Business services (higher-value, trust-driven sales)

Optimize conversion rates across the funnel

Campaigns & Product Marketing

Plan and execute campaigns for:

Course launches

Business support offers (like business registrations, business plans, pitch decks, etc.)

Position offers clearly for different audience segments

Collaborate with internal team on messaging and creatives
